Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your order from Micro South Africa. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit note of the purchase price. There are no cash refunds.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please return the goods to: B5 The Stables, 13 3rd Road Linbro Park, Johannesburg, 2065. A refund or credit note will be issued or items will be exchanged providing that the product is un-used; un-opened; is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Goods returned to Micro South Africa are at your own expense.

Unfortunately, delivery and package costs are non-refundable, and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us or are damaged in transit.

Micro Scooters prides itself on very high quality standards for all our products. However in the event if you do receive a faulty or damaged product we will replace or give you a refund (including the original delivery charge if applicable). Please check carefully before returning any item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
